Passing another Life Lesson

Shoes of Another: One Rung Up the Spiritual Ladder

Fear driven you are and unable to stand on your own. Caught up in the anger and ego of another. Their mission accomplished. Now your personal agenda. Quick to quip. Quick to knife. Mob mentality causing personal war. Maiming innocents and creating unnecessary strife. Cowardly attacks from the sidelines of life.

Your journey was meant to be compassion-driven.

You assist in the ruckus instead of minding your business. You’re in where you don’t belong. Step away from gang-like chatter. Humbly walk in the shoes of another. Feel the stony path beneath their feet. Do you have the courage to see what they’ve handled? To rally their life challenges and feel their grief?

Humble yourself. Then stand tall. You’ll have passed another life lesson. One more rung up the spiritual ladder.

I like to think I stand tall every day of my life, even when life gives me lemons!

Thank you for a thought-provoking post. I love the analogy of moving up the spiritual ladder.

  3. I’m impressed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s equally educative and entertaining, and without a doubt,
you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is something that too few people are speaking intelligently about.
I am very happy I stumbled across this in my search for something concerning this.
